100% refund before 24 hours on the day of the reservation. Cancellations less than 24 hours do not apply for a refund.

In case of no-shows, inclement weather, and/or last-minute unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

The company is not responsible for forgetfulness, damage or loss of objects and belongings that occurred during the tour.

It is the responsibility of the visitor to show up on time, in case of being delayed more than 45 minutes, it could be extra charges.

It is the client’s responsibility to be attentive to the guide’s instructions, preserving his safety and integrity.
